The Gardiner at Full Speed

The Swim Starts Here
Ontario Place's protected harbor is where your race begins. The water is fresh, calm, and clear. Unlike open ocean racing, you won't fight currents or whitecaps. The 750-meter swim builds confidence from the moment you enter.
Parallel to the shoreline, watching the city skyline. Safe. Supported. Real.

20 Kilometers of Unbroken Speed
The Gardiner and Don Valley Parkway close for Toronto Triathlon. Twenty kilometers of pavement that's normally locked behind barriers becomes yours.
No traffic. No turns. No excuses. Just pace and power. The closed expressway is where PRs happen. It's where you discover what you're truly capable of.

The 5K That Celebrates
Five kilometers through downtown Toronto. Lake Shore Boulevard. Spectators lining the run course. The CN Tower looming larger with every stride. You've already conquered the swim and the bike. Now the finish line is waiting.
This isn't just a run. It's the victory lap of your Toronto Triathlon.
