1.5 Kilometers. Your Moment.
Deeper water than the Sprint. Longer than a pool length. This is where you commit.
The 1.5-kilometer swim at Ontario Place isn't about speed. It's about settling in. Finding your rhythm in open water. Learning your limits and discovering you're stronger than you thought.
By the time you touch the shore, you'll have proven something to yourself the pool never could.

40 Kilometers: Where You Become Unstoppable
Forty kilometers on closed expressways. The Gardiner. The Don Valley Parkway. Elevated. Uninterrupted. Yours.
This is where mental toughness meets physical power. Where pacing becomes everything. Where you realize that the long bike isn't about suffering. It's about control.
By kilometer 30, you'll understand why athletes choose the Olympic.

10 Kilometers to Glory
You've swum 1.5 kilometers. You've biked 40. Now comes the ten-kilometer run that separates those who prepare from those who transform.
Lake Shore Boulevard. Downtown Toronto. Spectators who've been waiting all day to cheer you on. The finish line that was never in doubt.
This is your moment. This is what Olympic means.
