2025 Chicago Triathlon

Whether you're part of a relay team or taking on the Chi Tri as an individual, the Chicago Triathlon features an iconic bike route through the heart of the Windy City.

For Sprint & Olympic athletes, you'll first experience wide roads, beautiful views, and a closed highway on Lakeshore Drive. You'll then feel like a superhero as you traverse through the "bat cave" on Lower Wacker Drive, underground and free of traffic. Finally, you'll complete the bike on the McCormick Place Busway as you make your way back to transition.

For our Saturday SuperSprint & Kids athletes, your ride is just as awesome as you do loops next to the lake as spectators line the course and provide an electric atmosphere.

Take on one of triathlon's most iconic and interesting runs as you traverse from transition through Chicago's beautiful scenery.

Sprint & Olympic athletes, you'll experience amazing urban landscapes as you run by Lake Michigan, Buckingham Fountain, the Shedd Aquarium, Field Museum, and Soldier Field then make your way to an epic finish on Columbus Drive surrounded by skyscrapers and spectators.

Saturday SuperSprint & Kids athletes, you'll experience sensational support as you traverse a pristine running path just meters from Lake Michigan.
