Chicago Triathlon Triple Challenge
TAKE ON THE CHALLENGETriple Challenge
Saturday morning at Foster Beach: SuperSprint. Sunday at Monroe Harbor: Sprint and Olympic back-to-back. Over 24 hours you'll swim 2.7 miles, bike 70 kilometers, and run 16.2 kilometers. You'll earn three finisher medals and discover what you're truly capable of.
If you're ready to prove something to yourself, Chicago Triathlon on August 22-23 is your stage.

One Weekend. Three Races. Unlimited Capability.
Saturday at 7:00 AM, you start SuperSprint at Foster Beach. You'll swim 400 meters, bike 10 kilometers, and run 2.5 kilometers. You'll finish by mid-afternoon, fueled, hydrated, mentally prepared for what comes next.
Sunday at 7:00 AM, you line up at Monroe Harbor for Sprint. 750 meters. 24 kilometers. 5 kilometers. You've done longer distances before. You execute.
Sunday afternoon, after recovery time at Grant Park, you return to Monroe Harbor for Olympic. This is where Triple Challenge becomes legendary. You've already raced twice. You're tired. You're also trained for this moment. You swim 1500 meters. You bike 40 kilometers. You run 10 kilometers. You cross the finish line as a Triple Challenge finisher.
Three medals. One weekend. A story that defines your athletic identity.

The Recovery Game Is Where Triple Challenge Gets Decided
You can't just race three times in 24 hours and expect success. Triple Challenge is as much about recovery as racing.
Saturday evening, you eat real food and sleep. Not recovery drinks and ice baths. Not celebration. Sleep. Your body needs sleep more than anything else.
Sunday between Sprint and Olympic, you eat. You hydrate seriously. You stretch gently. You rest your mind. You visualize the Olympic course one more time. You remind yourself why you trained for this.
Triple Challenge athletes who finish are the ones who respect recovery as much as racing. They pace themselves Saturday. They fuel aggressively between races. They manage their mental energy as carefully as their physical energy.
If you're considering Triple Challenge, you're not just training your body. You're training your mind, your recovery strategy, and your ability to come back.

Only The Committed Attempt It. Only The Strong Complete It.
Most triathletes will never attempt Triple Challenge. The commitment is too big. The training is too long. The recovery demands are too intense.
Those who do aren't superhuman. They're just committed. They trained 16+ weeks specifically for this. They visualized crossing three finish lines. They believed they could do it.
By Sunday evening, they've proven they're right.
Triple Challenge finishers understand what they're capable of in a way that no single race can teach. They've tested fitness across three distances. They've managed fatigue, nutrition, and mentality across a full weekend. They've earned three medals and one story that lasts forever.
If this is your season, if you've trained, if you believe, Chicago Triathlon on August 22-23 is where you make Triple Challenge real.
